Pass EPSO provides an AI-powered preparation platform for the EPSO AD5 Generalist competition. The service includes adaptive practice questions, exam simulations, score predictions, and study materials.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the conditions set out below regarding digital content.
Refund eligibility. Given the digital nature of our content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have answered fewer than 20 practice questions on the platform. Once you have answered 20 or more questions, you have had meaningful access to our content and refunds will no longer be available.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your registered email address and purchase details. We will verify your question count and process the refund promptly if the conditions are met.
Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Pass EPSO is an independent preparation tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to EPSO, the European Commission, or any EU institution. Questions and materials are created based on publicly available EPSO documentation and official EU source documents. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our content perfectly mirrors the actual exam.
All content on the platform (questions, explanations, software, design) is owned by Pass EPSO. You may use it for personal study only. Redistribution, copying, or commercial use is prohibited.
Pass EPSO is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about exam outcomes. Your success in EPSO competitions depends on many factors beyond our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (EUR 39).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
We prefer to resolve any issues directly. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] or via the contact form. We will respond within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve the matter, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
The competent courts of Luxembourg shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
