1. Service Provider and Service Description
The Pass EPSO service is provided by Pass EPSO S.à r.l.-S, a Luxembourg Société à responsabilité limitée simplifiée, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number B308696 and registered on 11/06/2026. Registered office: 9 Rue Raymond Poincaré, 2342 Luxembourg.
Pass EPSO provides an AI-powered preparation platform for EPSO competitions, including AD5 Generalist preparation. The service includes adaptive practice questions, exam simulations, score predictions, and study materials.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Free tier: 10 practice questions per day, Score Predictor access.
- Full Access: from EUR 49, one-time payment. Lifetime access including all future updates.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS Level 1 certification.
- Prices include applicable taxes. The total amount is shown before you confirm payment.
5. Digital Content, Immediate Access and Right of Withdrawal
Pass EPSO supplies digital content and digital services that are not provided on a tangible medium. During checkout, before payment, you are asked to give express consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that, once access begins, you lose the statutory EU right of withdrawal for that digital content/service.
If that checkout acknowledgement is not collected for a purchase, the statutory withdrawal rules that apply to that purchase remain unaffected. Any discretionary goodwill refund, credit or support resolution remains subject to Pass EPSO's assessment and does not change the statutory position described here.

6. Content and Accuracy
Pass EPSO is an independent preparation tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to EPSO, the European Commission, or any EU institution. Questions and materials are created based on publicly available EPSO documentation and official EU source documents. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our content perfectly mirrors the actual exam.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (questions, explanations, software, design) is owned by Pass EPSO S.à r.l.-S or licensed to it. You may use it for personal study only. Redistribution, copying, or commercial use is prohibited.
8. Prohibited Use
- Sharing account credentials with others.
- Automated scraping or extraction of questions.
- Submitting intentionally misleading feedback.
- Attempting to circumvent the paywall or manipulate the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pass EPSO is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about exam outcomes. Your success in EPSO competitions depends on many factors beyond our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
11. Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve any issues directly. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] or via the contact form. We will respond within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve the matter, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
The competent courts of Luxembourg shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
PassEPSO weekly giveaway bases
Promotional period. The PassEPSO weekly giveaway runs until Sunday 05/07/2026 at 23:59 Europe/Luxembourg/CEST time.
How to enter. Make a valid, paid, non-refunded PassEPSO purchase during the promotional period. Each unique buyer receives one base entry, even if they buy more than one product; purchase identifiers are retained for audit. Participants may receive one additional entry for each referred friend who creates a PassEPSO account and completes a valid, paid, non-refunded purchase during the same promotional period, subject to duplicate, test, abuse, and refund checks. Referral bonus entries count only when the referrer also has an eligible buyer entry.
Prize. One selected participant receives All-In PassEPSO access for the applicable PassEPSO preparation product, or an equivalent compensation if they already purchased eligible access before selection.
Selection and notification. PassEPSO may verify entries for abuse, duplicate accounts, or technical manipulation. The selected participant will be contacted by email after the promotional period.
Independence. PassEPSO is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to EPSO, the European Commission, or any EU institution. The giveaway is a PassEPSO promotion and does not imply any exam result, selection outcome, or official EPSO advantage.
Compliance note. Score Predictor may be used as a free diagnostic funnel during the promotional period, but it does not create an eligible giveaway entry by itself. Referral bonus entries apply only under the conditions described above.
