EPSO AD7 ICT next-phase checklist after 10 June 2026 (EN/IT)

Updated 13 June 2026. The EPSO AD7 ICT application window is now closed. This checklist is for candidates preparing for the next phase after the official deadline.

English checklist — after the application window closes

1. Confirm the competition reference: EPSO/AD/429/26 — Administrators AD7 in ICT.
2. Check the four fields and places: ICT Infrastructure — 204; ICT Project Management — 228; Clouds and Networks — 166; Data Science — 184. Total reserve list target: 782 places.
3. Submit before the deadline: 10 June 2026 at 12:00 Brussels time. Do not leave validation or upload steps to the final minutes.
4. Keep your proof ready: supporting documents are due by 1 October 2026 at 12:00 Brussels time. Treat the application and the document upload as two separate deadlines.
5. Prepare for the next stage now: focus on reasoning practice, your chosen ICT field, and EUFTE written-test structure. For AD7 ICT there is no separate Digital Literacy test.
6. If the EPSO application page gives you trouble: contact EPSO as early as possible. EPSO’s own update says they cannot guarantee a reply before the closed application window for inquiries sent after 4 June.

Checklist italiano — prima del 10 giugno

1. Conferma il riferimento del concorso: EPSO/AD/429/26 — Amministratori AD7 nel settore ICT.
2. Controlla i quattro settori e i posti: ICT Infrastructure — 204; ICT Project Management — 228; Clouds and Networks — 166; Data Science — 184. Totale previsto per le liste di riserva: 782 posti.
3. Invia la candidatura prima della scadenza: 10 giugno 2026 alle 12:00, ora di Bruxelles. Non lasciare validazione o caricamenti agli ultimi minuti.
4. Tieni pronte le prove documentali: i documenti giustificativi vanno caricati entro il 1 ottobre 2026 alle 12:00, ora di Bruxelles. Candidatura e documenti sono due scadenze diverse.
5. Inizia subito a preparare la fase successiva: concentrati su reasoning, campo ICT scelto ed EUFTE written test. Per AD7 ICT non c’è un test separato di Digital Literacy.
6. Se la pagina EPSO per candidarsi dà problemi: contatta EPSO il prima possibile. L’aggiornamento ufficiale EPSO indica che non possono garantire una risposta prima della scadenza del 10 giugno per richieste inviate dopo il 4 giugno.

What to practise this week

If you have already submitted the application, do not treat that as the end of the work. Your best use of the next days is to build a repeatable routine:

• one timed verbal-reasoning block;
• one numerical/abstract reasoning block;
• one field-specific ICT review block;
• one short EUFTE outline in your second language.

That gives you a useful baseline before EPSO communicates the next stage.
